Where is KSP located?

We are headquartered in Auburn, Massachusetts, and all our products are proudly made in the USA. Click here for directions.

How do I return a product?

To return a product, please contact Karen or Kellie at 800-577-5397 or cs@iccore.com. Please list the purchase order the product was originally ordered under and we will issue an RMA for return of product. Please note that parts will not be accepted back if an RMA has not been issued. Either replacements will be sent, or a credit will be issued.

How much does it cost to laser etch on a product?

Custom laser etching costs $1.87 per key, core, or housing.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! Please contact us to confirm shipping availability to your location.

What types of products do you manufacture?

We manufacturer Small Format Interchangeable Cores (SFIC), SFIC Housings, Convertible Mortise/Rim Housings, locksmith tools, and more. Please view our catalog for more information.

Are your products compatible with other brands?

Yes, our SFIC cores are interchangeable with Best, Arrow, and Falcon keyways.

Do you offer custom keying systems?

Yes, we can set up systems from simple key-alike setups to complex Master Key systems.

Do you offer special finishes?

How do I place an order?

You can also initiate requests online, but please note that submitting a request online is for quotes only and does not place an order. We will reach out after reviewing your request to proceed.
