To return a product, please contact Karen or Kellie at 800-577-5397 or cs@iccore.com. Please list the purchase order the product was originally ordered under, and we will issue an RMA for return of product.
Please note that parts will not be accepted back if an RMA has not been issued. Either replacements will be sent, or a credit will be issued.
